If your booking is cancelled before 23:30pm, 2 day(s) prior to check-in it is free of charge, if cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in the charge will unfortunately remain 100% of the total.

Please note we are unable to cancel or amend any bookings made through a Third Party.

Early Check In and Late Check Out is available subject to availability. There is a £30 surcharge for this service.

We do not offer a Housekeeping Service on any short term stays. For long term stays please contact us to arrange a regular Housekeeping Service.

All initial Linen and Towels are provided for you at the start of your stay. If would like these changed during your stay please contact us to arrange this.
